Nova Scotia 211’s mission is to provide access to information, advocate for those in need, and encourage investment in social programs and services. We seek to ignite hope and foster human connection.
Vision
A 211 service that is:
- Known, accessible, relevant, and a credible voice for social policy change.
- A connected community where everyone’s needs are met.
Values
Nova Scotia 211’s values are what we believe are important factors in doing what we do to serve Nova Scotians. These values help determine our priorities and help drive our mission.
