The Freedom Kitchen serves a hot meal on Mondays between 4pm-6pm. Provides home delivery on Monday evenings for anyone living in Lower Sackville and Beaver Bank who cannot get to their location.
Distributes donated bread and food items on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays:
- Has bread and general grocery items available on Mondays after 10:30am
- Has general grocery items available on Thursdays after 10:30am
- Has bread and general grocery items available on Saturdays after 10:30am
If in need of clothing or footwear, email or call to make an appointment.
The Freedom Closet accepts and distributes donations of gently used or new adult winter coats and jackets and children's snow suits, snow pants and snow jackets.
Please note: Winter clothing donations for the Freedom Closet can be dropped off at the Royal Diaperer (425 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville) during regular business hours. Food donations can be dropped off at Cars R Us (183 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville) during regular business hours.
