Service Description

Provides financial assistance to help offset the cost of an insulin pump and/or supplies.

Program is based on family income, and family size. Families with lower incomes will receive the most help.

Website provides a co-payment pump calculator, answers to frequently asked questions, and downloadable applications forms.

Eligibility

Permanent Nova Scotia residents with type 1 diabetes * Ages 25 years and younger * Income criteria apply - See website for details

Medical eligibility must be met through an NSIPP-approved Diabetes Centre
