- Description
- Helps older adults and people at risk live in their own home by providing in-home services such as:
- Assistance with personal care
- Respite care
- In home services including: Light Housekeeping * Laundry * Meal Preparation
Northwood will work with participants and their families to develop a personal care plan based on the needs developed through an assessment by the Continuing Care Branch of the Department of Health.
Northwood also provides private home care to those looking for home care services outside of the government's publicly funded program. - Eligibility
