  • Enhanced Duty Counsel for criminal matters at Provincial Courts across Nova Scotia
  • After Hours telephone duty counsel advice for persons arrested or being detained by a peace officer
  • Representation by a lawyer (lawyer for the case)
  • Criminal and Family/Children and Family Services Act Appeals
