- A group of Dalhousie law students and Halifax lawyers providing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives to eligible, low income seniors at no charge.
- Eligibility
- Eligible individuals meet the following criteria: 65 years and older (somewhat flexible)
* Have no ownership interest in real property, ex: land, house, etc. (strict)
* Have an annual income below $25,000 (somewhat flexible)
* Have personal assets totalling less than $65,000 (somewhat flexible) - Application Process
