- Send an email or leave a message if the phone is not answered with the patient's name, contact phone number and the date/time of your call. No personal medical information should be contained in your email or left on the answering machine.
The patient will be called to collect their demographic and medical complaint information, pharmacy preference and payment via credit card (if patient does not have valid provincial health card)
The patient will be given a date/time when a physician will call them
