* Must be willing and open to exploring current pain science and new possibilities in pain management, as well as challenging old attitudes and beliefs - Application Process
- Self-refer or referral by a health care provider
* Must call to activate referral and express interest before starting the program
* Readiness and suitability for the program will be assessed to determine the best way to meet participant's needs
