Supports eligible Nova Scotians with care needs by providing them with funding each month to help with the costs of paying for private home support services (e.g., personal care, respite, meal preparation, and essential housekeeping).

* A member of the Care Coordination team with Nova Scotia Health Continuing Care will guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have and conduct an assessment to determine your eligibility
