Helps children, youth and women achieve their highest level of physical functioning by providing assessment, treatment and consultation.

Offers community outreach to schools, daycares, and homes as appropriate in partnership with community caregivers.

Eligibility

Children and youth with challenges related to cardiorespiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal conditions • Women with musculoskeletal conditions related to obstetrical or gynecological reasons

Application Process

Outpatient referrals are accepted from family physicians, school staff, caregivers, parents and patients. Call the appropriate number to book an appointment.
