Service Description

Provides the opportunity to develop leisure skills, knowledge and behavior contributing to a healthy leisure lifestyle for children and youth with a physical disability or acquired brain injury.

Services include:

  • Connecting to and raising awareness of recreation related resources in home, school and community
  • Teaching skills to enhance participation in recreation activities
  • Introducing adapted equipment for trial and use in recreation activities
  • Providing opportunities to try new recreation activities of interest



Children and youth ages 0-21 years who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury, and their families •

Referral required • Individuals can self-refer • Email or call for referral form
