Service Description

A group of Dalhousie law students and Halifax lawyers providing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives to eligible, low income seniors at no charge.

Eligibility

Eligible individuals meet the following criteria: 65 years and older (somewhat flexible) • Have no ownership interest in real property, ex: land, house, etc. (strict) • Have an annual income below $25,000 (somewhat flexible) • Have personal assets totalling less than $65,000 (somewhat flexible)

Application Process

Call or send an email and a project coordinator will return the message • Email preferred as the phone is not checked regularly
